Welcome to your Residual Income resource! Hi, I’m Jino. In my 20s, I started my first business from scratch and expanded to eight different locations. I created Residual Income Tips Blog to help ambitious people who are looking to earn their life-time commissions.

Here, you can find almost everything you need to create your own residual income. Most people spend endless hours of working for no reason. What they don’t realize is that it’s not about the amount of hours, but it’s all about working smart.

My Story

When I first started my first business at the age of 25, I never realized that business was so much fun. My goal was to educate students to get in to top universities. As a startup, I started the business with $50 in my bank account. Despite of my limited budget, I decided to open my course at a hotel. Less than two years, I have expanded the business to eight different locations.
The revenue grew exponentially, and at one point, I didn’t know what to do with them. It was too much fun.

In 2008, I started my second venture to take educational platform to next level, and that’s when I built an online instructional platform. Basically, it was Hulu, but for instrucational videos. How-to Network television was born. During the course of my second venture, I didn’t realize that I was competing with 8M funded competitors. So, I raised my first 1M to operate the company. Long story short, after working nightless hours, I was completely Burned out. The market was too big for us handle with a limited budget.

 

Taking a break

In 2010, I went back to simple life. I wanted to spend more time with my family. After thinking and worrying in my 20s, I just wanted to time for myself without thinking about any work. Even I wasn’t brining any revenue, it was probably the best time of my life.

In 2011, I begin to bust out my Ninja Skills I have learned in last 6 years of business, and start building my own formula to generate my residual vending machines. I simply didn’t want to spend my life on just working. Ever since then, I found my passion. Residual income was a great way to build my life-time investment.
